Singha Durbar retrofitting completing soon

Kathmandu, October 28: Chief Executive Officer of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) Sushil Gyewali has said that the retrofitting of various facades of Singha Durbar will be completed soon to accommodate the Prime Minister’s Office.

CEO Gyewali said this while briefing a delegation of Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel, Prime Minister’s advisors Bishnu Rimal and Dr. Rajan Bhattarai and Chief Secretary Shankar Das Bairagi today.

Though the retrofitting of the western façade of the central secretariat is currently going on, final works like interior construction and decoration are being carried out in all the other facades. After the completion of these facades, the Prime Minister’s Office and Office of the Council of Ministers will be shifted here.
